How to make a Wall Mounted Baby Succulent Garden Planter :

The plants are 3 types of succulents. I only know the names of two; "Golden Glow" Stonecrop, a sedum hybrid and Kalanchoe Blossfeldiana, which is the flowering plant. I believe the last one is some type of Echeveria, let me know if you know the name of it. It appears at marker 1:45. I feel all of these plants will propagate pretty well and I will be able to cultivate many more. One of them already has lots of babies.
Hope you enjoy, Happy Plant a Flower Day!
